Homestyle • Passion Fruit Juice



My weekend spent well at home, making my all time favorite passion fruit juice along with my camera. It's really a piece of cake perhaps just 10 to 15 secs. Passion fruit can reduce anxiety, high nutritious and fiber. 

Lets get started...


Ingredients for 2 pax
( dried sour plum, passion fruit)




Step 1: Cut the passion fruit in half 
( Then you a spoon to scoop out and place into the cup)



Step 2 : Add one sour plum per cup and half cup of water
( It has a strong distinctive flavor ) 

Then softly blend and stir it together with a spoon.
( preferably to be more sweet, i add organic blue agave -low glycemic )




 Step 3 : Add some ice till your cup is full
(stir softly with a spoon)

Recipes ( 2 pax )
- 2 passion fruits
- 2 seed of sour plum
- 1 teaspoon of organic blue agave (optional)
- a bowl of ice for each cup
- half cup of water
